UIP Duna Film’s parent company is United International Pictures (jointly owned by Paramount and Universal) - one of the largest film distribution companies in the world with a global distribution network.

Since 1981 United Pictures International has distributed over 1000 films including more than 100 Academy Award Winners. Their productions include: Shrek, War of the Worlds, Mission Impossible, Bourne trilogy, Mamma Mia and the Indiana Jones series, each of which enjoyed a huge box office success. Based in London UK, UIP has distribution offices in 19 countries and licensees in a further 44.

They distribute Paramount, Universal and Dreamworks movies.
